    • Shop Rate: $80–$100/hr (cutting + engraving time)

    • Setup Fee: $20–$40 per job (file prep, machine setup)

    • Materials: In-stock (MDF, acrylic, birch ply) or supplied by client

    • Minimum Order: $40

    Shipping

    • Protective packing, every time. We bubble/shrink wrap as needed to keep parts safe in transit.

    • Shipping options: Nationwide shipping or local drop‑off in Suffolk County, NY (by appointment).

    • Small/standard parcels: $10–$20

    • Oversize items (over ~20″ longest side): $30–$60
      (Final cost depends on weight, dimensions, destination, and insurance.)

    • Turnaround: 5–7 business days from approval/payment. Rush available on request.

    • Tracking & insurance: Every shipment includes tracking; insurance available/required for high‑value or fragile items.

Plywood + MDF

  • Max Thickness: 1" (25 mm)

  • Finish Quality: Layered edge, clean with sharp tooling

  • Common Uses: Furniture parts, architectural models, signage

  • Price Range: $50–$120 per 5x5 or 4x8 sheet

  • Technical Notes: Watch for glue pockets that dull tools. Minor tear-out on cross-grain. Good dimensional stability. Best results with downcut or compression bits.
